Founded in 1928, Exacompta was originally a workshop for the production of account books and diaries. This workshop is located in Paris on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, in buildings designed by the architect Paul Friesé (a medalist at the World Expo of 1900).
Now a historic monument, the site now extends to adjoining buildings and is home to the largest factory in the heart of Paris where stationery, filing and diaries are still manufactured.
Unlike some competitiors,Exacompta is proud to still have the vast majority of products 'Made in Europe'. Exacompta also has the near exclusive label of saying many of our ranges are 'Made in Paris' also.
With 11 highly specialised production sites (9 sites in France, 1 in England, 1 in Austria) and an automated shipping platform based in the Paris region, the brand has diversified considerably in the last 30 years to position itself at present as a major European player in office supplies and stationery.
